Zealand Consulting Group is a small but growing consultancy business, currently comprising 18 specialists primarily focused on Procurement-, Contract- & Project Management. Our team consists of a mix of permanent employees, external consultants and business partners.
We are engaged in projects ranging from smaller revamps to major greenfield investment projects, supporting our Clients from the early conceptual development phases until completion and handover of their projects.
Our primary Clients are some of the largest Danish companies operating within the Life Science and Biotech industries.

Our history
The company was originally founded in 2019 as PM Konsulenterne ApS by Ole Bækgaard and Nikolaj Algren Larsen.
To adapt to a changing market and strengthen our focus on Procurement, Contract, and Project Management,
PM Konsulenterne transitioned to Zealand Consulting Group in 2024, adopting a more distinct and recognizable identity.
Furthermore, we are proud to have been awarded the Børsen Gazelle in November 2024.
